PayoutLog is an independent publication that tests withdrawal and prize-redemption speeds, licensing and terms at online gaming and social sweepstakes platforms. This page explains how the site is funded, in line with the US Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and Canadian advertising standards.
How we may earn money
Some platforms we review run affiliate programs. When a partnership is active, links to that platform are affiliate links: if a reader signs up through one, PayoutLog may receive a commission. This costs readers nothing and does not change the offer they receive.
How affiliate links are labelled
- Every outbound partner link carries
rel="nofollow sponsored"so search engines can identify it as commercial. - Pages that list operators show a disclosure notice near the listings, not only in the footer.
- Where no partnership is active, we link only to our own review and methodology pages.
What commercial relationships never change
- Test results, including payout and redemption times, verification outcomes and seed checks.
- Ratings and the order of comparison tables.
- Which drawbacks we publish about a platform.
Operators cannot pay for a review, a higher rating or a better position. Our full testing process is set out in our Editorial Methodology.
Location restrictions
Partner links, when active, are shown only to visitors in locations where the platform operates. They are removed for visitors in restricted states, provinces and countries, and for visitors whose location cannot be determined.
